Tender Bids Search
NEA publishes every successful hawker stall tender as a single long PDF. It is accurate, but painful to search if you are trying to figure out what a stall in a specific centre has actually gone for.
This tool turns that same PDF into a searchable, filterable table: 4,927 winning bids across 99 hawker centres in Singapore, from January 2019 to May 2026. Filter by centre, trade, or year, then click a row to see that stall's full bid history across tender cycles.
It runs entirely in the browser. Searching, filtering, and sorting happen on data already downloaded to your device, so nothing you type is sent anywhere or tracked.
